SMS Scam Information
We are aware of a Scam SMS being sent to our customers by a malicious third-party. The Scam SMS advises that “Recoveriescorp has an important matter for your attention”. Please find an image of the Scam SMS below.
The SMS includes a link, which if clicked directs the customer to a website impersonating Recoveriescorp.
This is NOT the real recoveriescorp website, and no personal details or banking information should be provided via this link.
If you have provided any payment details via the link in this SMS, we advise that you contact your banking institution immediately and report the scam to the Australian Government ScamWatch website https://www.scamwatch.gov.au
