Congratulations to our award winning team who were recognised this quarter in the 2018 Victorian AusContact Excellence Awards on the 17th of August in the categories of People Champion, Customer Contact Professional and Team Leader/ Team Manager of the Year.

To cap off the Awards evening in Melbourne the team were thrilled to bring home the Best Talent Award for the second consecutive year.  This recognition by the Auscontact Association acknowledges the passion with which our people go about fulfilling our mission, ‘helping our communities build a financially sustainable future’.

With our newly defined vision, to be "first choice for clients, customers and our people in receivables management solutions", our leadership group, this quarter challenged our "icare" Values.  Our icare values have been key pillars in shaping our culture and behaviours since 2012, and we recognise that our Values will guide our behaviour and enable the organisation to create the culture required to be 'first choice'.  This led to the evolution of our Values from "icare" to, "WECARE"; Willing, Ethical, Courageous, Accountable, Respectful and Exceptional, and these have become the pillars that will guide our organisation into the future.  Our passion to retain the Values of 'Accountability' and 'Respect' from our "icare" Values has not changed however, with the addition of 'Willing' and 'Courageous' we will create an environment where we challenge the status quo in the pursuit of the exceptional outcomes.

Furthermore, our commitment to 'Excellence' continues, but we recognise that in order to be 'first choice' in the future market space we must be 'Exceptional'.  This we say is the new benchmark.
