RCL Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Recoveries Corporation Group with physical sites in both Australia and Fiji, uniquely positioning recoveriescorp to provide fully managed business process services to existing and new clients.
This model was the basis for the Group’s expansion into Fiji. In December last year Fiji’s Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Hon. Jone Usamate formally opened a 400-seat state-of-the-art operation which allows us to offer client partners a hybrid resourcing allocation in Australia, complimented by a dedicated team in Fiji.

Our CEO, David Mond said, “Our aim is to develop and grow the business substantially by servicing both Australasian and international businesses. We look forward to providing career opportunities, experience and training & development programs for the Fijian community through RCL Services and are truly excited about the future.
“With this new location, we will be able to continue our plans for expansion and further our initiatives in the region, further asserting our position as a globally competitive, shared services organisation.”
Continued growth of our core collections service offering and new Virtual Insource Managed Service (VIMS), has expanded our overall capacity and allows us to provide a broader suite of outsourcing solutions for clients.
