Recoveriescorp to hold opening ceremony of new RCL Services facility in Suva Fiji

The official opening of the new, state of the art Suva Contact Centre facility will take place on 1 December, 2016.

Recoveries Corporation (recoveriescorp) CEO and Managing Director, David Mond will officiate the opening and Minister for Employment, Productivity & Industrial Relations, Hon. Jone Usamate will be in attendance as guest of honour. Other guests will include Fellow Director, Isoa Kaloumaira and John Barton from Lyndhurst Fiji Ltd of the Kookai Group.

Announced in September 2016 as a leading partner in contact centre solutions and business process delivery, the Fiji office began recruitment for the new facility in the same month. Since then, RCL Services have recruited an initial staffing complement of 230 and plan to grow to 400 in the next one to two years.


“Four years ago, recoveriescorp made the decision to invest in Fiji.  Considering a multitude of business, technological, communication, logistical and geographical factors, we also felt that Fiji was a complementary fit for us because of our aligned culture and values,” said David Mond.


Mond emphasised that “With this new location, we will be able to continue our rapid expansion and further our initiatives to the South Pacific region, further asserting our position as a globally competitive, shared services organisation.”

The Fiji office is located in Valelevu, Nasinu.
